Produced from a mixture of specially selected Balady local grapes and Alicante grapes grown in the mountains of Bethlehem. Fruity and fine bouquet with a delicate spicy after-taste. Made from Balady Asmar (local grapes). Aging in Oak barrels for one year. Alcoholic drink will be replace to sparkling juice for delivery to Muslim country due to the liquor policy.
